Exchanges & Returns

Our shoes are designed to be extremely comfortable, particularly when worn barefoot. However, it's critical that you have the right size to experience our shoes the way they are meant to be. When ordering, be sure to check out our Size Guide for guidance. In case you receive your pair and realize you have the wrong size, we want to make it right!

Free Exchanges

Want to swap for another size or color? Just let us know. So long as the pair you bought is still in brand new, unworn condition, we're happy to make it happen. As a small business, we will cover the costs associated with one exchange (i.e. we will cover costs for you to ship back your pair, and send you the new one). If any additional exchanges are required, you as the customer will be charged accordingly for associated shipping costs.

No hassle $10 returns (to cover the cost of shipping)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. As a small business, we'd much prefer helping you out with an exchange to keep your business but we respect your decision if you just want your money back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand-new, unused condition in its original packaging. We're not unreasonable though, and fully understand you need to try the shoes on to make sure they fit. We just ask that you do so on a carpeted surface, and take a few steps around on that nice, soft surface. That way, if you need to exchange or return them, we can restock the item and get you another pair since your first pair won't show any signs of wear. However, if you put them on and take them for a walk around the block, our rubber soles will show the wear = we can't restock them as we don't want to sell someone scuffed shoes! In that scenario, we would not be able to accept the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the product(s) you return are worn/used and can't be accepted as a return for restocking, we will be happy to ship them back to you or donate them on your behalf.
